What should I do if I ordered but did not receive a confirmation email?

Your confirmation email will be automatically generated when your order is placed. Sometimes email providers don’t like us and it may go to your spam folder. Do an email search for hello@my-mismo.com. If you still do not see the email, please reach out to hello@my-mismo.com and we can help you find it.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Its confusing I know, but we have found that USPS sometimes marks a package as delivered prior to dropping it off. Please allow 24 hours from the marked delivery time before reaching out to us or your local USPS office.

All Mismo products ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Pretty Awesome right?

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $30 are eligible for free standard shipping. Standard shipping for orders below $30 are offered flat rate shipping at $6. If alternate shipping methods are available, the cost will depend on the chosen shipping method and destination at checkout.

When will I receive my Mismo order?

Mismo orders are fulfilled 1 to 3 business days after your order was placed. Standard Shipping takes about 3-5 days to arrive. So the average time from order to deliver is  3-7 days. Delivery time for other methods are calculated at checkout.

We are old school, Mismo orders are shipped with USPS and when available UPS.

Yes, you can ship your Mismo order via USPS to a PO Box!

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

If we were able to be rockin in a mall store we would be! Unfortunately we are only exist online.

Where are your products made?

We partner with a trusted manufacturer in China. All products are designed, processed, warehoused and shipped from of Nevada. Yeah Vegas. Pretty cool.

Will there be more colors released?

Yes! Email us to submit your color suggestions. Even better, shoot us an email with inspiration for our soon to be released watch bands and charms. 

Do you have discounts for bulk purchases?

What is your return policy?

We accept new unopened items for a full refund. We will do our best to help you should there be an issue with any Mismo product. That being said, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What should I do if my product is defective?

Please email hello@my-mismo.com with a clear digital photo (not a real photo mailed in) of the defect. We will do our best to work together to resolve the issue.
