Is there an issue with your MISMO item? Let us know, we are happy to try and make things right. If your item is defective MISMO will issue you a refund for your item. Sealed NEW items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of receipt. If after evaluation the item is identified as being in used condition, MISMO reserves the right to deny the return. MISMO reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any limited edition items.
